RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Innocent Pearl will only accept returns if the product is deemed faulty or incorrect upon return to our HQ.
If your item is deemed faulty we will offer you a return.
If you wish to exchange your IP product for a different size, your order is eligible for exchange regarding the item is in its original condition.
If the item is out of stock, Innocent Pearl will issue a credit note or replace your original purchase with another product of equal or lessar value.
We do not accept exchanges on buttonwear.
All products wished to be returned or exchanged must be mailed to our HQ within 10 days of receiving. The cost of shipping is at the customers expense an dis non-refundable. The return shipping cost to the customer will be invoiced to you and must be paid before dispatch.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment has been done.
Products sold under sale or discount cannot be returned.
